7 days to refund, before you start using it
Our Guarantee
If you have not used the software, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Once you have run an analysis or spent a credit, the purchase is no longer refundable. That work has already been carried out and cannot be returned to us, so the refund window closes with your first use – even if you are still inside the 7 days.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@cyberoctopus.net within 7 days of purchase, before using the software
- Include your order number and registered email
- Receive confirmation within 24 hours
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for: accounts that have used the software, purchases made more than 7 days ago, accounts that have violated our terms of service, or cryptocurrency payments (due to irreversibility).
